Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 2026
These terms govern your use of Firewallet. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Firewallet is an online software service. It is not operated as a registered company, and no company registration number (such as a SIREN or equivalent) is published for this service.
The service
Firewallet provides a dashboard, deposit addresses, payment links, automated routing, and related infrastructure so you can receive cryptocurrency and manage how it moves. We maintain the software, nodes, and automation that make this possible. We aim to keep the service available, secure, and updated, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Ownership of your funds
Your crypto remains yours. Amounts credited to your Firewallet addresses are your property. We do not treat customer balances as our revenue or as funds we may use for our own purposes.
Operationally, balances sit on addresses and infrastructure we operate on your behalf so the service can receive payments, run routing, and execute payouts you configure. That is custody for technical delivery — not a transfer of ownership to us.
Aside from your subscription fee (see below), you do not owe us a share of your deposits or routing proceeds. Your ongoing obligation to us is to keep your subscription active if you want to use paid features, including automated withdrawal routing.
Subscription & billing
Access to withdrawal routing and related automation requires an active subscription period. The subscription fee covers use of the platform for the billed period.
Subscription and other service payments are non-refundable once payment has been made. By paying, you accept access for the billed period under these terms.
When enough balance is available on your account, subscription charges may be collected automatically from your wallet balances, as described on the subscription page.
Withdrawals & inactive accounts
You cannot cash out or run the withdrawal flow without an active subscription. If your subscription lapses because you stop paying or stop using the service, your balances generally remain on your account, but automated routing to your external payout addresses is disabled until the subscription is active again.
This means you cannot simply demand an immediate full payout while your subscription is inactive. To move funds out through Firewallet’s withdrawal routing, you must renew your subscription first. Once your period is active again, you can configure routing and payouts according to your settings.
If you no longer wish to use Firewallet, you are responsible for planning how to handle any remaining balance before letting your subscription expire, or for renewing when you are ready to withdraw.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for how you use Firewallet and for complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. You must provide accurate payout addresses and keep your account credentials secure. The service is a tool; we do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.
Complaints & contact
For any complaint or issue with the service, contact us at admin@firewallet.sh or open a ticket in the support section of your account.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
